Paul has been buying and selling houses part time on and off since 1999. In 2015 after taking some time off from real estate, he decided to get serious about flipping houses as a business. In 2017 he quit his nine to five job and has been a full time house flipper in New Jersey ever since. Paul flips about ten houses per year with an average profit of $60,000 each. Paul has since received a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License, but only uses it for his house flipping business. Paul has done many deals since 1999 including many with creative financing involving little or no money down.
